Job Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and observations accurately and professionally.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity according to established protocols.

  • Engage respondents respectfully and encourage honest participation.
  • Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) when required.
  • Report inconsistencies and challenges encountered during fieldwork.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of collected information.
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Participate in training sessions and project briefings.
  • Meet organizational timelines and quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by survey managers and field coordinators.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Nationality and Work Authorization

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Rwanda.
  • Must speak Kinyarwanda fluently.

Education

  • High School Diploma (S6) is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree (A0) is an added advantage.
  • Previous field data collection experience is desirable.

Language Skills

Applicants should be able to:

  • Read Kinyarwanda and English.
  • Write Kinyarwanda and English.
  • Speak Kinyarwanda and English.

Mobility

Candidates should be willing to travel extensively across Rwanda, including remote rural areas, using vehicles or motorcycles.
