TUBIMENYE Smart Solution Ltd Opens Short-Term Jobs and Service Opportunities Ahead of Northern Province Expo 2026
If you're in Rwanda and looking for short-term work or you run a small business that does design, printing, or event coverage, this one's worth a close look. TUBIMENYE Smart Solution Ltd (TSS Ltd) just published a call for short-term jobs and service providers, all tied to a big promotion campaign they're running at the Northern Province Expo 2026. The deadline is close, so don't sit on this too long.
Here's everything laid out, straight from their official announcement dated August 5, 2026.
About TSS Ltd
TUBIMENYE Smart Solution Ltd is a private Rwandan tech company working in AI, IoT, software development, and smart digital solutions. Their flagship products are Mategeko y'Umuhanda V3.2 (a road rules app, going by the name) and Smart Cashless Faranga. They're based in Kigali and reachable at infotubimenyeltd@gmail.com or tubimenyesale@gmail.com, and by phone at 0789251123 or +250791183936.
The Promotion Campaign
TSS Ltd is running a promotion with real prize money on the table:
- Grand Prize: 1,000,000 FRW to one winner
- 3 national winners
- 142 district winners (5 per district, not counting the national winners)
The award ceremony happens on 31 August 2026 at the TSS Ltd stand during the Northern Province Expo 2026, and it'll be broadcast live on YouTube.
To join in, people can install the Mategeko y'Umuhanda V3 app and register, or send an SMS with the code "P123" to 0791183936 for guidance. Visitors can also register in person at the TSS Ltd Expo stand.
Short-Term Job Openings
1. Promotion Arbitrators (3 positions)
Duration: 30–31 August 2026
This role is about making sure the whole winner-selection process is fair and clean. TSS Ltd wants people with a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, auditing, finance, or engineering. Beyond the paper qualification, they're looking for someone with a strong sense of integrity, neutrality, and confidentiality, solid communication and reporting skills, and the ability to stay composed and make calls under public observation. Experience monitoring events, audits, competitions, or promotions counts as a bonus.
On the job, arbitrators will review and confirm the promotion rules and winner selection procedures, check the list of eligible participants, supervise the actual selection process, and monitor it live, whether that's in person or online. They'll validate whatever random selection method is used, handle any complaints or disputes that come up, and sign off on the official winner declaration report. Part of the job also involves making sure the 1,000,000 RWF grand prize and the other awards go to the rightful winners, reviewing the scoring engine results for the 150 district winners, and keeping participant information confidential throughout.
2. Exhibition Representatives (3 positions)
Duration: 18 August – 2 September 2026
This role is more customer-facing. TSS Ltd is asking for an A2 Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any field, so it's open to a wider range of applicants. What matters more here is having excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to explain products clearly to all kinds of visitors, and being a team player with a professional appearance and good organizational sense. Prior experience in exhibitions, customer service, product demos, or sales promotion is a plus but not required.
Representatives will be the face of the company throughout the exhibition. That means welcoming visitors, explaining products and services, demonstrating the apps and solutions to potential customers, and encouraging people to join the promotion. They'll register interested customers, collect feedback, help with stand setup and branding, answer questions (or point people to the right technical staff), and support the daily opening and closing routines. There's also a reporting side to it, since reps are expected to track visitor interest and write up daily activity reports.
Service Requests
TSS Ltd is also looking for external providers to handle four specific services for the expo. Here's the breakdown.
1. Pull-Up Banner Design and Printing
They need professional pull-up banners promoting TSS Ltd, Mategeko y'Umuhanda V3.2, Smart Cashless Faranga, and the 1,000,000 FRW promotion, ready before the Northern Province Expo 2026 starts. The banners should include the TSS Ltd logo, product info, promotion details, and registration instructions, in a standard size of about 85cm x 200cm, printed to a high standard with sturdy, reusable stands. Providers should expect to submit a design for approval before printing. TSS Ltd is looking for people with real experience in graphic design and large-format printing, ideally with a background in exhibitions or branding work, and the ability to show past samples and hit deadlines.
2. Illuminated Promotional Post Design and Production
This one's about building an LED-lit promotional display structure to boost visibility for the 2026 promotion, meant to be placed at TSS Ltd's headquarters and branches. It needs to be well-branded, sturdy, safely installed, and energy-efficient, with a clear and short display of the products and promotion messages. TSS Ltd wants providers who've worked with advertising displays, LED signage, or exhibition structures before, and who can share design concepts ahead of production along with proof of safe installation know-how.
3. Promotional Flyers Design and Printing
Flyers to inform visitors about TSS Ltd's products, services, and the promotion, covering the company profile, Mategeko y'Umuhanda V3.2, Smart Cashless Faranga, the participation steps, and award details. The design needs to be clear and attractive, printed in high-quality color on suitable paper, and delivered before the expo period. This is a fit for providers with strong marketing design skills who can produce large quantities fast when needed.
4. YouTube Live Streaming and Video Recording
This service covers the live broadcast and recording of the award ceremony on 31 August 2026 at the Northern Province Expo. TSS Ltd wants full HD, Full HD, or 4K coverage, ideally multi-camera, with professional mics and sound handling, a stable internet connection for the live stream, and a backup recording system in place. An edited video should be delivered after the event. They're after providers with proven experience running live event streams and YouTube broadcasts specifically, plus a skilled camera and technical crew.
