Title: Sales Agent

Location: All 30 Districts of Rwanda
Reporting Structure: Sales and Marketing Department

This position represents a strategic opportunity for experienced sales professionals to contribute to BENO-FINANCE's continued expansion while advancing their careers in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Agent will be accountable for the following key functions:

Business Development

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through systematic market research and networking
  • Execute strategic customer acquisition initiatives aligned with company objectives

Sales Operations

  • Present and promote company products and services to target markets
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and contractual agreements
  • Execute sales closures in accordance with established protocols

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and mutual benefit
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
  • Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

Performance Management

  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analytics for management review

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Age Requirement

  • Candidates must be between 25 and 35 years of age
