Who Can Apply?

The Open Positions
- IT Support Electrician (Age limit: 30)
You'll handle electrical installations, generator maintenance, UPS systems, network cabling, and power management across the head office and branches. You need an A0 in Electromechanics, a RURA Class B Certificate, and at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Network Engineer (Age limit: 35)
Design and maintain high-performance network infrastructure, manage firewalls and security, and keep everything running smoothly across the data center. A degree in IT or Computer Science plus CCNP, CCDP, CISSP, or similar certification is required, with 3+ years of experience.
- System Engineer (Age limit: 35)
Manage servers, storage, and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V), handle disaster recovery, and keep the data center infrastructure secure and optimized. You need a relevant degree, a certification like CompTIA Server+ or MCSA, and 3+ years of experience.
- Database Administrator (Age limit: 35)
Keep institutional databases healthy Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL. You'll handle performance tuning, backups, access controls, and reporting via Power BI or SSRS. An Azure Database Admin certificate is a plus. 3+ years of experience required.
- Data Analyst (Age limit: 35)
Collect, clean, and turn raw data into useful reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL. You'll support departments with data-driven insights and help improve decision-making across the institution. 3+ years of experience needed.
- Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Age limit: 35)
Test web and mobile applications manually and through automation tools like Selenium, Postman, and Cypress. You'll work within Agile/sprint environments and help catch bugs before they become problems. 3+ years in a similar QA role is required.
- IT Support & Infrastructure Manager (Age limit: 40)
Lead the IT support team, oversee network and endpoint infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, and make sure every branch and the head office stay connected and functional. You need 4+ years of experience and a certification like ITIL, CCNA, or CompTIA A+.
- Security Officer (Age limit: 35)
Oversee physical and systems security CCTV, access control, guards, alarms, and risk assessments. You'll also coordinate with law enforcement and train staff on safety. A degree in IT or Electronics with 5+ years of security system experience is required. Banking security experience is a big advantage.
- Director of Risk (Age limit: 45)
A senior leadership role responsible for building and running the institution's Enterprise Risk Management framework. You'll work directly with the Board and Senior Management. A Master's degree, FRM/CRM/PRM certification, and 5+ years in risk management (3 in a senior role) are required.
- Financial Accountant (3 positions, Age limit: 35).
Handle day-to-day reconciliations, payments, tax returns, financial reporting, and support both internal and external audits. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance plus a CPA or ACCA qualification is a must, with at least 1 year of experience in a financial institution.
- Internal Auditors (4 positions, Age limit: 35)
Conduct internal audits, evaluate compliance with policies and regulations, write audit reports, and help management improve controls. A business degree, CPA or ACCA qualification, and at least 2 years of auditing experience are required.
