ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in quality control or food manufacturing is an added advantage
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A high level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Quality Controller at ADMA International Ltd, you will be expected to carry out the following key responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials before production to ensure they meet the required company standards
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and overall product quality
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products before they reach the market
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations found during the production process
- Maintain accurate quality control records and generate timely reports
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any quality-related issues promptly
- Ensure that proper packaging and labeling standards are strictly followed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall product quality
