ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- FINGERLINGS TRUCK DRIVER Kigembe, Gisagara
- Safely operate the company truck for the daily transport of fingerlings between Kigembe hatchery, Kagano farms, and other locations
- Ensure timely delivery of fingerlings following designated routes and schedules
- Maintain optimal environment (water quality, temperature, oxygen levels) during transportation
- Handle loading and offloading of fingerling containers with care to minimize mortality
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, lights, brakes, tires, coolant)
- Report mechanical issues immediately to the Fleet Coordinator
- Accurately complete trip sheets, delivery notes, and mortality records
- Maintain updated logbooks in compliance with transport regulations
- Follow all traffic rules and internal fleet Standard Operating Procedures
- Adhere to biosecurity protocols to prevent contamination between sites
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with farmers and partners
- EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR Kigali
- Own and manage the MD's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar with precision
- Proactively schedule, reschedule, and prioritise meetings, travel, and commitments
- Prepare and share daily briefings and agendas to ensure the MD is fully prepared for every engagement
- Manage the MD's inbox: triage emails, draft responses, flag urgent items, and track follow-ups
- Prepare high-quality written communications including letters, emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the MD
- Act as the primary liaison between the MD's office and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders
- Arrange all domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and supporting documents ahead of key meetings
- Attend meetings where required, take accurate minutes, and track action items to completion
- Coordinate Board meetings, leadership reviews, and external stakeholder engagements end-to-end
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all correspondence and communications
- ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER Kigali, Kiyovu
- Assist the FP&A Manager in the preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
- Coordinate the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions and balances
- Perform general ledger reviews to identify deviations in accuracy, occurrence, completeness, and cut-off for Profit & Loss transactions
- Perform end-of-month valuation of balance sheet accounts in line with IAS 21
- Oversee the receipt, verification, and coding of vendor invoices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor disputes, payment inquiries, and account reconciliations
- Ensure all payments follow internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly AP/AR aging reports, cash flow projections, and KPI dashboards
- Supervise, train, and mentor AP/AR staff and set performance goals
