Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the CEU Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

All international applicants of any nationality are eligible to apply.
Bachelor's Degree Applicants: Must have a valid high school certificate.
Master's Degree Applicants: Must hold an undergraduate degree certificate or transcript.
Doctoral Degree Applicants: Must possess a Master's degree. Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent certificate) is required.
CEU Master's students wishing to enter Doctoral Programs must have a GPA of 3.3 or higher in their Master's coursework.
Final-year Bachelor's students can also apply for Master's programs.

Note: All Doctoral students are automatically considered for the CEU Doctoral Scholarship upon applying for admission no separate scholarship application is needed!

Duties and Responsibilities of Scholarship Recipients

As a CEU scholarship recipient, you are expected to:

Maintain satisfactory academic performance and uphold CEU's academic integrity standards.
Attend all required classes, seminars, and departmental activities.
Not be simultaneously enrolled in other institutions of higher education as long as you receive CEU financial aid of any sort.
Participate actively in the university's research and academic community.
Abide by all university policies, rules, and regulations.
Complete your degree program within the stipulated timeframe.
Honor the spirit of the scholarship to be a positive contributor to your field and your community.

High School Diploma/Certificate (for Bachelor's applicants)
