JOB DETAILS

• Position: Call Center Agent 
• Location: Kigali, Rwanda 
• Reports To: Call Center Manager 
• Job Type: Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products or services in a professional and friendly manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and respond to customer calls promptly and courteously
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Record and update customer information in the system
• Follow up on customer inquiries when necessary
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
• Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following:

• Fresh graduate or at least a Level 2 university student
• No prior experience is required
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English or French bilingual candidates will have an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
