About the Program
The Hatana Technical Assistance (TA) Program is delivered by the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) in partnership with the African Management Institute (AMI). Following the success of Cohort 1, which supported 50 high-potential SMEs across Rwanda, BRD and AMI are proud to launch Cohort 2 to extend this impact to more Rwandan businesses.
This is a four-month, high-impact program designed to strengthen the capacity and accelerate the growth of SMEs operating in:
- Construction materials
- Agro-processing
- Textiles
- Light manufacturing
- Related value chains
What This Application Is For
This application form serves two purposes:
- To assess your eligibility based on the Hatana TA Program criteria
- To understand your business priorities and growth constraints so the program can be tailored to support your strategic planning, operational efficiency, talent management, and financial readiness
Please complete all sections honestly and accurately. Your responses help ensure that Cohort 2 supports SMEs that are committed, growth-oriented, and ready for a structured journey toward resilience, competitiveness, and improved access to finance.
