About the Opportunity

The Embassy is seeking a professional, service-oriented, and organized Management Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Ambassador, the management team, and Embassy staff.

This role offers a dynamic working environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize travel, prepare official documents, support Embassy events, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Management Assistant, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Ambassador and Embassy management.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and official documents.
  • Welcome visitors professionally.
  • Organize Embassy meetings, events, and receptions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support internal communication across the Embassy.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Perform additional administrative and organizational duties when required.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Or a related discipline.

Professional Experience
