1. Engineer, Maintenance
Department: Administration Department
Job Summary
The Engineer, Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and safety of the Bank's facilities and equipment. The successful candidate will oversee inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with internal teams or external service providers.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance tools and supplies.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Support renovation and facility improvement projects.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.
- Provide technical guidance on equipment maintenance.
- Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
