1. Bakery Cook
Job Purpose
The Bakery Cook will prepare a variety of bakery products including bread, croissants, and other baked items while ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, creativity, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare breads, croissants, and other bakery products.
- Follow traditional and modern baking recipes.
- Create new bakery products and menu ideas.
- Decorate baked products professionally.
- Monitor baking ingredient inventory.
- Ensure quality control of ingredients and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum A2 Secondary School Certificate.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts specializing in Bakery.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Excellent baking skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Creativity and innovation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Physically fit to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
2. Junior Chef
Job Purpose
The Junior Chef will prepare and present high-quality meals according to airline recipes, customer specifications, and production schedules while ensuring meals are delivered on time for flight departures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold meals.
- Follow airline-approved recipes.
- Maintain portion consistency and presentation.
- Follow daily production schedules.
- Maintain HACCP food safety standards.
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment.
- Monitor food quality throughout production.
- Store food using FIFO principles.
- Report equipment issues.
- Reduce food waste.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean workstation.
- Support colleagues during busy production periods.
- Participate in staff training.
- Follow occupational health and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum A2 Secondary School Certificate.
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Food Production.
- Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
- HACCP certification is an added advantage.
- Strong culinary skills.
- Knowledge of international food safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
3. Pastry Cook
Job Purpose
The Pastry Cook will prepare cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, desserts, and other pastry products while ensuring outstanding presentation, creativity, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cakes, pastries, pies, cookies, and desserts.
- Develop new dessert recipes.
- Decorate pastries professionally.
- Monitor pastry ingredient inventory.
- Ensure food quality and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum A2 Secondary School Certificate.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts specializing in Pastry.
- At least 2 years of professional pastry experience.
- HACCP knowledge.
- Excellent creativity.
- Good communication and teamwork.
