ADARWA Cooperative (Coopérative d’Action pour le Développement de l’Artisanat au Rwanda) is a cooperative dedicated to promoting carpentry, craftsmanship, and related trades in Rwanda. Its headquarters are located in Musezero Cell, Gisozi Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City.
JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
ADARWA Cooperative, located at Gisozi Agakiriro, hereby informs all interested candidates ("Irimenyesha abantu bose babyifuza") that it is recruiting two (2) Debt Recovery Officers (Charge de Recouvrement).
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Hold at least an Advanced Level Certificate (A2) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field ("Ibindi bisa nabyo").
- Demonstrate good moral character and professional conduct ("Kuba indakemwa mu mico no mu myifatire").
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in one of the above-mentioned fields.
- Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
- Previous experience in customer relations or working with many people ("Gukorana n'abantu benshi") will be considered an added advantage.

- An application letter addressed to the President of ADARWA Cooperative, accompanied by a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- A notarized copy of academic certificates and qualifications.
- Proof of previous work experience signed by the employer.
- Any additional supporting documents deemed relevant.
