- Certified copies of Advanced Diploma certificate and academic transcripts
- Proof of English proficiency (for non-English background students)
- Equivalence certificate for foreign qualifications (issued by relevant Rwandan authority)
- Copy of National ID or valid passport
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Payment of a non-refundable application fee of 5,000 RWF
