Detailed Position Descriptions

1. Professional HR Officer (1 Position)

Key Requirements:

• Age: 28–35 years
• Strong expertise in Human Resources management
• Experience working in Chinese companies is highly advantageous.
• Salary: 350,000 – 400,000 RWF

This role is ideal for experienced HR professionals who understand cross-cultural workplace dynamics and possess comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices.

2. Financial Assistants (3 Positions)

Key Requirements:

• Entry-level and junior candidates are welcome
• Must demonstrate intelligence, discipline, and willingness to learn
• Educational background or relevant work experience required

Salary Structure:

• 200,000 – 300,000 RWF (with experience)
• 120,000 – 200,000 RWF (no prior experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for those starting their career in finance or looking to develop their accounting and financial management skills.

3. Drivers (3 Positions)

Key Requirements:

• Age: 25–35 years
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Must own a smartphone
• Valid driver's license required
• Salary: 120,000 RWF

4. Storekeepers (8 Positions)

Key Requirements:

• Age: 25–35 years
• English language proficiency
• Must own a smartphone
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated honesty, intelligence, and quick learning ability.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 100,000 RWF
• Overtime Pay: 500 RWF per hour

5. Loading & Unloading Workers (20 Positions)

Key Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and capable of manual labor
• High standards of honesty and integrity
• Professional appearance
• Payment: 3,000 RWF per day
