1. Receptionist (Entry Level)

Be the Face of Excellence

As our Hotel Receptionist, you'll be the first smile our guests see and the warm voice they hear. This role is perfect for customer service enthusiasts who love making people feel welcome and ensuring every interaction is seamless.

What You'll Do:

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and warmth
• Handle payments, billing, and various transactions with accuracy
• Provide insider knowledge about Kigali's attractions and hotel services
• Operate the switchboard and ensure smooth communication
• Maintain security protocols and guest data privacy

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in IDS systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills (knowledge of a second language is a bonus!)
• Detail-oriented mindset, especially with billing and cash handling

2. Waiter/Waitress (Entry Level)

Serve with Style and Substance

Join our dynamic dining team and become an ambassador of our exceptional food and beverage service. If you have a passion for hospitality and love creating delightful dining experiences, this role is calling your name!

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and guide them through our culinary offerings.
• Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Take orders accurately using our POS system and suggest premium options.
• Execute flawless service using proper techniques.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards following HACCP guidelines.
• Ensure the dining area is pristine and inviting throughout service.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma (hospitality certificate is an advantage)
• 2+ years of experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a strong asset)
• Physical stamina for 8+ hour shifts.
• Friendly demeanor with excellent teamwork skills.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

3. Assistant Food & Beverages Manager (Mid-Career)

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain brand standards
• Manage inventory, control costs, and maximize revenue
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team
• Ensure compliance with health codes and HACCP standards
• Support seamless execution of banquets and special events
• Generate financial reports and performance analytics

What We're Looking For:

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive F&B experience (at least 1 year in leadership)
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
