Business Development

In collaboration with Equity Bank's agriculture team, you'll identify and onboard high-potential agribusiness clients, including farmers, cooperatives, input suppliers, processors, and agriculture-based MSMEs. You'll help develop tailored financial products that meet the unique needs of agricultural enterprises.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Food Security, or a related field is required.

Professional Experience

Technical Skills

Soft Skills
