SMTHS is currently recruiting for four strategic positions:

1. Multimedia Production Trainer (1 Position)

This role is perfect for creative professionals who want to shape the future of digital content creation in Rwanda. As a Multimedia Production Trainer, you'll lead students through the exciting world of graphic design, animation, and multimedia content development.

Qualifications Required:

• Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design & Animation with specialization in Multimedia Production
• Strong proficiency in multimedia production software
• Ability to facilitate hands-on practical sessions
• Fluency in English

2. Food and Beverage Operation Trainer (1 Position)

Join the Hospitality department and mentor the next generation of service excellence professionals. This position offers the opportunity to combine culinary expertise with teaching in one of Rwanda's growing economic sectors.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management OR Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Demonstrated kitchen and practical operational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills

3. IT Trainer – Software Development (1 Position)

Technology drives modern economies, and this position allows you to empower students with cutting-edge software development skills. You'll be instrumental in preparing tech-savvy professionals ready for Rwanda's digital economy.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology with focus on Software Development
• Capability to teach core IT modules effectively
• Experience in conducting intensive practical training sessions

4. Secretary (1 Position)

The backbone of any successful institution is efficient administration. This role involves managing documentation, correspondence, and supporting the smooth operation of school activities.

Qualifications Required:

• A2 Certificate in Secretariat
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Internet literacy and digital communication skills
