What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will span both operational and technical domains, offering diverse daily challenges:.
Operations & Maintenance
- Operate and maintain e-tractors, charging stations, and battery replacement systems
- Perform comprehensive safety checks to ensure vehicles meet operational standards
- Conduct routine and specialized lubrication and upkeep for e-tractors, e-scooters, and implements
- Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines and manufacturer standards
Technical Expertise
- Diagnose and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
- Implement timely solutions to minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor and maintain safe operation of e-tractor attachments including implements and trailers
- Communicate directly with manufacturers for technical support when needed
Documentation & Collaboration
- Provide regular maintenance and operational reports to supervisors
- Train mechanization service providers on e-tractor operations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with overseas technical teams for advanced troubleshooting
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards for optimal equipment performance
Who Should Apply?
Educational Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- Valid driving license (Category A or F)
Professional Experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical repair and maintenance involving electric mobility units
- Proven experience handling agricultural machinery, including tractors and implements
- Knowledge of tractor systems, battery management, and electric motor operations
Essential Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for quick mechanical issue resolution
