Practical Experience

Theory must be tempered by practice. We seek professionals with proven experience in warehouse or packhouse management, ideally within fresh produce or agri-processing environments. This hands-on experience provides invaluable insights into the realities of managing perishable products under time-sensitive conditions.

Regulatory Knowledge

In today's interconnected global marketplace, compliance is non-negotiable. Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with international compliance standards and practices including Global G.A.P., SMETA, and EU regulations is essential.
