About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, this strategic position offers the opportunity to lead critical financial operations and contribute to the organization's continued growth and success. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across all finance functions.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Financial Leadership
The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and shareholders' equity reports. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy, ensuring full compliance with international accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
Budget Management and Forecasting
A critical aspect of this position involves developing annual budgets and financial forecasts aligned with our business objectives. The Finance Manager will analyze historical performance data, market trends, and operational plans to create robust financial projections. Continuous monitoring of budget performance and proactive identification of variances will be essential to recommend and implement corrective strategies.
Financial Analysis and Performance Management
The role requires conducting in-depth financial analysis and performance reviews to assess organizational health. By identifying and tracking key financial metrics, KPIs, and industry benchmarks, the Finance Manager will provide valuable insights into profitability, liquidity, and solvency to support executive decision-making.
Risk Management and Internal Controls
Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls is paramount. The Finance Manager will develop policies and procedures to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure the reliability of financial reporting. Cash Flow and Treasury Management

Required Qualifications
Educational Background
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with professional certification in finance or accounting. A Master's degree will be considered an additional advantage.
Professional Experience
We are seeking candidates with 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5 years in leadership positions. This extensive background should demonstrate a proven track record of success in financial management and team leadership.
Core Competencies
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in finance leadership roles, particularly within renewable energy markets. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with strategic thinking capabilities and proficiency in financial management systems and software applications.
