Our facilities include modern accommodation, conference amenities, dining services, and recreational facilities. Available Positions

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and process payments
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Kinyarwanda, French, and English
  • Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
  • Female candidates are particularly encouraged to apply

2. Swimming Pool Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of all pool users through active surveillance
  • Perform emergency response and rescue operations as needed
  • Maintain pool area cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Monitor water quality and chemical balance
  • Enforce pool regulations and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Advanced swimming skills and physical fitness
  • Valid lifeguarding/lifesaving certification
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Experience in aquatic facility management preferred

3. Senior Cook

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Develop menus and maintain food quality standards
  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Control inventory and minimize waste

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience
  • Proven track record in kitchen management
  • Knowledge of diverse cuisines and dietary requirements
  • Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred
  • Young male professionals are encouraged to apply

4. Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to established standards
  • Replenish amenities and maintain inventory
  • Report maintenance issues and security concerns
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
  • Physical stamina and ability to work independently
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred

5. Maintenance Technician (Electromechanician)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
  • Maintain hotel equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and appliances
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in building maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC

General Requirements

All candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Rwandan citizenship or valid work permit
  • Minimum of 6 years of secondary education (O-Level certificate)
  • University degrees and relevant professional certifications highly valued
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Kinyarwanda, French, English
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
