EUCL is recruiting qualified candidates for the following positions:
- Business Analyst (1 Position)

1. Business Analyst (1 Position)
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business analyses, improving operational efficiency, supporting project implementation, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare project concept notes and business requirements.
- Support financial planning and business intelligence activities.
- Coordinate project management processes.
- Monitor performance indicators and business outcomes.
- Assess the impact of proposed solutions on stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess:
Bachelor's Degree in:
- Business Studies
- Business Administration
- Management
- Information Technology
with at least four years of relevant professional experience. OR Master's Degree in the above fields with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Candidates with strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management systems will have an added advantage.
2. Procurement Specialist (2 Positions)
The Procurement Specialist will oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with applicable procurement laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual procurement plans.
- Coordinate tendering and bidding processes.
- Evaluate bids and prepare evaluation reports.
- Manage contracts and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines:

Applicants must also have at least five years of relevant professional experience.
Alternatively, candidates with a Master's degree in the above fields should possess a minimum of three years of professional experience.
Professional certifications in procurement, logistics, project management, supply chain management, or business administration will be considered an added advantage.
3. Transmission Maintenance Technician (2 Positions)
The Transmission Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring transmission infrastructure to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electricity systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and report equipment faults.
- Support transmission operations and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain transmission assets in good operating condition.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess an Advanced Diploma (A1) in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Renewable Energy
4. Protection Technician (3 Positions)
The Protection Technician will support the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical protection systems and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain protection devices.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Maintain AC/DC systems and testing equipment.
- Participate in testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure reliable operation of transmission facilities.
