Eligibility Criteria for General Applicants
Applicants wishing to join the Reserve Force must:
- Be a Rwandan citizen
- Possess a National ID
- Have completed at least Senior Three (S3)

- Be willing to serve Rwanda

- Be aged between 18 and 25 years
