These Numbers Have Faces is an organization dedicated to developing young African leaders through education, mentorship, and leadership training programs.
The University Leadership Program goes beyond financial support by equipping students with practical leadership skills, community engagement experience, networking opportunities, and personal development training. Scholars participate in monthly leadership trainings, relationship-building activities, and community service projects throughout the academic year.
All trainings and university-related activities are conducted in English, helping participants strengthen their communication, leadership, and professional skills while preparing them to contribute meaningfully to society.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2026–2027 These Numbers Have Faces University Leadership Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be 25 years old or younger
- Be a Rwandan student or currently studying in Rwanda
- Demonstrate strong academic performance
- Have National Leaving Examination scores of at least 70% or equivalent academic excellence
- Show clear leadership potential and willingness to grow as a leader
- Possess strong English communication skills
- Be committed to attending mandatory monthly leadership trainings held every second Saturday of the month
- Be willing to complete a 50-hour Community Impact Project each year
- Demonstrate humility, integrity, willingness to learn, and commitment to serving the community
