About the Role

Echowa is looking for a driven and resilient Call Center Agent with a passion for customer engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with confident telephone communication skills, and is committed to meeting targets while upholding professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Engage clients effectively to understand their needs
• Promote company services with clarity and conviction
• Meet set targets while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure thorough follow-up on client interactions
• Represent the company with a positive, dynamic, and commercial attitude

Requirements

• Experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred)
• Prior call center experience is an added advantage
• Excellent listening skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Perseverance, positivity, and a proactive attitude
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer literacy

Language Requirement (mandatory): Excellent spoken and written French; strong articulation is essential.
