RITCO is recruiting competent and dedicated individuals to join their Driver Reserve Pool a merit-based talent database from which drivers will be deployed as operational needs arise.

Your Key Responsibilities as a RITCO Driver

Once deployed, here is what you will be expected to do:

1. Participate fully in all training offered under the Driver Reserve Pool program
2. Operate the bus safely and efficiently to transport passengers and their luggage to various destinations
3. Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and fueling of your assigned vehicle
4. Use the bus efficiently and responsibly
5. Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues to RITCO Garage
6. Strictly adhere to all traffic laws of Rwanda
7. Follow all rules and regulations set by RITCO management

Do You Qualify? Here Are the Requirements

Before applying, make sure you meet all of the following criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Bus Driver
• Valid Driving License Category D1
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and write in at least one official language of Rwanda
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to good customer care
• Age between 21 and 45 years old
•  Must be willing and able to pass a drug and alcohol test from RFI
