ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for the MOFCOM Scholarship, applicants must:

Be non-Chinese citizens from developing countries
Be under 45 years of age
Be proficient in English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80 or above)
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher
Have at least three years of relevant work experience
Be currently employed in government, institutions, enterprises, or research organizations
Be in good physical and mental health
Not be currently studying in China or receiving another Chinese government scholarship
Demonstrate strong potential for career development and international cooperation
