KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and respond to all incoming customer requests via in-app chat, WhatsApp, toll-free phone line, and Facebook Messenger
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction after every interaction
- Support prospective and existing clients with technical challenges on the Numida app
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal departments via Slack
- Communicate customer feedback and improvement opportunities to management
- Collaborate with Product and Credit teams on service quality experiments
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
