Lease-to-Own Details

• Monthly Payment Range: 37,000 - 50,000 RWF (varies by vehicle category)
• Program Outcome: Full vehicle ownership upon successful contract completion
• Deposit Requirement: 1,000,000 - 3,000,000 RWF (fully refundable upon contract completion)

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

1. Professional Licensing

• Valid Category B or C driving permit (Permis de conduire)
• License must be current and legally recognized in Rwanda

2. Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience
• Demonstrated experience in taxi/commercial passenger transport preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of Kigali road networks and routes

3. Age & Education

• Age range: 25-55 years
• Minimum education: Secondary school completion
• Literacy in Kinyarwanda (reading and writing required)
• English proficiency is an advantage

4. Professional Standards

• Excellent character references and professional conduct
• Strong punctuality and time management skills
• Commitment to personal and vehicle cleanliness standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

5. Health & Documentation

• Good physical and mental health condition
• Valid proof of marital status (single or married)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous employment with established transport or taxi companies
• Basic mechanical knowledge and vehicle troubleshooting skills
• Tertiary education qualifications (advantage varies by category)
