Job Description

The Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient driving services while strictly respecting traffic laws and internal organizational regulations. The role requires maintaining the vehicle in good condition, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting institutional activities, including night and weekend shifts when required.

Key Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Strictly respect and comply with all Highway Traffic laws and regulations
• Ensure the vehicle is in good condition before driving, including availability of required documents and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of the assigned vehicle
• Drive carefully, responsibly, and safely at all times
• Monitor and ensure the technical condition of the vehicle
• Properly fill in logbooks, maintenance records, and other vehicle tracking documents
• Ensure availability of fuel in the vehicle at all times
• Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately
• Ensure safe and proper vehicle parking
• Fill out authorization forms for every vehicle exit
• Participate in night shifts, weekend duties, meetings, and institutional activities
• Be available and responsive to service needs
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
• Respect institutional values, internal regulations, and professional ethics

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this Driver Job in Rwanda, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Driving License Category B
• Minimum academic qualification: Ordinary Level (O’ Level)
• Advanced Level (A2) is an added advantage
• 0 years of work experience required (fresh candidates are welcome)
• Clean and valid driving license
