POSITION OVERVIEW
- Position: Reception Intern - AIMS Research and Innovation Centre
- Location: Kigali, Rwanda
- Contract Type: Full-Time, One-Year Contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Reception Intern will serve as a key ambassador of the AIMS brand, responsible for:
Front Desk & Guest Relations
Greet and welcome guests, students, researchers, staff, and visitors professionallyCommunication Management
Answer and direct phone calls professionallyAdministrative Support
Sort and distribute incoming mailScheduling & Coordination
Schedule meetings and appointmentsData Management
Produce and maintain spreadsheetsFacility Management
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentableREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements
Diploma or University degree in Communication/Administration/Hospitality Management/LawEssential Skills
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)Language Requirements:
Competent in English or French (both languages would be an advantage)Professional Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
