Key Requirements & Skills

Educational Background

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Specialized training in child care, youth management, or First Aid is an added advantage

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of learners in dormitories, during activities, and on trips
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive dormitory community
• Provide crisis management support, remaining calm, decisive, and supportive during emergencies

1. Professional Conduct: Ability to be caring and approachable while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
2. Trustworthiness: Demonstrated confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
3. Communication: Possess effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
