Ecobank, Africa's leading pan-African bank operating in 35 countries, seeks a Head of Sales and Third-Party Distribution for its Rwanda operations.

About The Role

Lead national sales strategy, manage P&L, and build high-performing teams across Rwanda's banking sector. You'll develop distribution channels, implement CRM systems, drive customer excellence, and ensure operational compliance while managing geographically dispersed sales forces.

Requirements

• 10+ years in sales leadership (banking, fintech, telecoms, or FMCG)
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Marketing (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience managing large sales teams and partnerships
• Strong P&L management and CRM expertise
• English fluency (French advantageous)
