An Exciting Opportunity: Certified Electrical Technician

We're currently seeking a skilled Certified Electrical Technician to join our team in Nyaruguru. This isn't just another technical position; it's an opportunity to play a vital role in our factory operations while growing your career in a dynamic, international agricultural setting.

What Makes This Role Unique?

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems, leading a dedicated team, and contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the rare combination of technical challenge, leadership responsibility, and the satisfaction of contributing to sustainable agriculture.

Key responsibilities include overseeing electrical shift operations, maintaining quality standards including HACCP compliance, managing the electrical team, and staying current with new technologies in tea processing and energy efficiency.


Who We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals with a Certificate in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, along with 2-4 years of experience in tea processing. Certification by RURA as an Electrical Technician in Class B or above is required. Beyond technical qualifications, we value candidates who demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
