Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: 800,000 RWF
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to 25% based on performance
Job Description:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, prospects, and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop integrated sales strategies.
- Participate in business meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings to generate leads.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable telecom solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing professional guidance and follow-up.
3. Sales Process Management:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
- Maintain documentation for all B2B sales contracts.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor competitors’ offers and propose strategies to stay competitive.
5. Customer Service and Support:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive communication.
- Act as the primary contact for key clients, addressing inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with finance for timely invoicing and with technical teams for smooth service delivery.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or IT-related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and technical environments.
- Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and contract management.
- Fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda.
