Job Description:


As a B2B Sales Executive, you will report directly to the Head of B2B Sales and play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your main responsibility will be developing and executing B2B sales strategies, negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall expansion of the company's B2B portfolio.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, prospects, and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop integrated sales strategies.
  • Participate in business meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings to generate leads.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable telecom solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing professional guidance and follow-up.

3. Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
  • Maintain documentation for all B2B sales contracts.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Monitor competitors’ offers and propose strategies to stay competitive.

5. Customer Service and Support:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive communication.
  • Act as the primary contact for key clients, addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with finance for timely invoicing and with technical teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or IT-related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and technical environments.
  • Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda.
