🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Semi-Truck Driver at Quality Engineering Company Ltd, you will:

• Operate and drive a semi-truck (truck with trailer) to transport cargo across East African countries, including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of cargo to various destinations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and thorough inspections
• Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
• Communicate effectively with the operations/logistics team to coordinate routes and schedules
• Report any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues when they occur

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a professional driver
• Senior 3 (O' Level) education completed at a minimum
• Valid Category E driving license officially recognized in Rwanda
• Language skills: Ability to speak and write Kinyarwanda and Swahili
