We're seeking a seasoned Language Training Center Manager with at least 5 years of language centre leadership experience to spearhead this transformative initiative. Key Responsibilities at a Glance
Strategic Leadership & Centre Establishment
- Lead the complete launch of the Language Centre, from concept to operation
- Develop long-term growth strategies and competitive positioning plans
- Introduce innovative programmes responsive to market demands
Academic Quality & Curriculum Design
- Develop and oversee curricula meeting international standards
- Supervise and train teaching staff to maintain academic excellence
- Implement modern teaching methodologies, including digital and blended learning models
Student Recruitment & Market Influence
- Design and execute dynamic enrolment strategies for continuous student intake
- Leverage professional networks and industry influence to attract learners
- Establish strategic partnerships with schools, corporations, embassies, NGOs, and educational institutions
- Lead outreach campaigns and represent the centre at education fairs, conferences, and media platforms
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance
- Implement efficient workflows and data-driven approaches to enhance student experience
- Establish robust monitoring systems and student support mechanisms
Team Development
- Recruit, manage, and mentor instructors and administrative staff

Who We're Looking For
Academic Background
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Education, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or related fields is required. Certifications such as ÖSD/telc, DELE, CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, DELTA, or equivalent credentials will strengthen your application.
Professional Experience
You bring a minimum of 5 years in language centre management, coordination, or programme leadership. More importantly, you have a proven track record of consistently attracting students, increasing enrolments, and growing institutional visibility. Your past successes in building student pipelines and expanding market reach will be critical to your success in this role.
