• DR Site Testing: Ensure quarterly tests are conducted on the DR (Disaster Recovery) site to verify that the DR site can take over from the main data center when needed, ensuring business continuity
• Backup Verification: Regularly test backup restoration procedures to ensure data can be recovered when necessary

Security & Compliance:

• Firewall Configuration: Ensure firewalls are configured according to international standards and best practices to protect the organization from cyber threats
• Security Protocol Implementation: Maintain and update security measures to protect against evolving threats
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all IT systems comply with industry regulations and organizational policies
