Chancen Scholarship at University of Gitwe 2026 — Study Nursing Now, Pay Later
CHANCEN SCHOLARSHIP AT UNIVERSITY OF GITWE 2026 STUDY NURSING NOW, PAY LATER.
Are you a Rwandan student dreaming of a career in nursing but worried about tuition fees? Here is your chance to study now and pay later.
The University of Gitwe, in partnership with Chancen International, has officially opened applications for its General Nursing academic programs for the 2026 intake. This is one of the most student-friendly financing opportunities available in Rwanda right now, and if you qualify, you should not sleep on it.
What Is This Scholarship About?
This is not a traditional scholarship where you compete for a limited number of free seats. Instead, it operates under an Income Share Agreement (ISA) a "Study Now, Pay Later" model. This means eligible students receive financing to cover their studies and only begin repayment after they graduate and get a job. No income, no repayment. Simple as that.
The University of Gitwe is offering this opportunity across three nursing programs, making it accessible to students at different academic levels.

Final Thoughts
Opportunities like this are rare. If you or someone you know has been putting off a nursing career because of financial barriers, the Chancen ISA model removes that excuse entirely. You study, you graduate, you work, and then you give back from what you earn. That is fair, and that is the future of education financing in Africa.
