General Eligibility Criteria

• HR & Administration Roles: Recruitment, performance management, culture building, compliance with Rwanda Labour Law, office coordination, and employee relations.
• Finance Roles: Financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
• Commercial Roles: Sales execution, customer relationship management, brand representation, and revenue growth.
• Strategic & Investment Roles: Strategy development, financial modeling, deal execution, portfolio support, and CEO-level project management.
