SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

This scholarship offers a comprehensive funding package that covers the essentials of student life, including:

✅ Free Accommodation in the university's dormitories, including during holidays
✅ Monthly Allowance 800 Romanian Lei (approximately 170 USD), including holidays
✅ Romanian Language Preparatory Year fully covered if the selected Master's programme is taught in Romanian

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for the Transilvania Academica Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be an international student from a non-EU or non-EEA country
Hold a Bachelor's degree or have passed a Bachelor's degree exam (provisional graduation certificate accepted)
Wish to enrol in a Master's degree programme at Transilvania University of Brasov
Submit a complete online application with all required documents in English

DURATION OF SCHOLARSHIP

The scholarship is awarded for the full duration of the selected Master's degree programme. However, students must fully pass each academic year to remain eligible for continued funding in the following year.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Applicants must upload the following documents in PDF format via the online application form:

Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting outstanding academic and professional achievements
Motivation Letter, maximum one page, written in English
Three Letters of Recommendation supporting the candidate's exceptional results
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or a provisional graduation certificate (for recent graduates)

⚠️ Important: All documents must be submitted in English. Incomplete files will be automatically rejected. No documents can be added after the submission deadline.

SELECTION PROCESS

Candidates will be evaluated by a dedicated board appointed by the Rector of Transilvania University of Brasov. Selection is based entirely on the quality of submitted documents.
